Mumbai cruise drugs case: Aryan Khan’s bail plea to be heard on Wednesday

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail hearing will take place on Wednesday at 2.45 pm in the Mumbai Sessions Court, confirmed his lawyer Satish Maneshinde.

News agency ANI tweeted about the same and wrote: “Drugs-on-cruise case: Special NDPS court in Mumbai to hear accused Aryan Khan and others’ bail pleas on Wednesday”

Advocate Amit Desai representing Aryan Khan has asked that his bail application hearing be scheduled for Wednesday. The NCB has been directed by Judge VV Patil to file its reply. In reply, Special prosecutor Sethna from NCB’s side has said, “As per Desai’s submissions, his matter deserves priority.

The other matters, their quantities are different. It will not be humanely possible for us to file replies to all applications. Let the matters start from the first produced.”

While Aryan Khan’s bail plea looks likely for Wednesday, other accused in the case might have to wait longer. Arbaaz Merchant also appealed for bail. So far, the Narcotics Control Bureau has arrested 20 people in connection with the case.

Amid Aryan’s arrest, many Bollywood celebrities like Salman Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Sussanne Khan, Raj Babbar, Pooja Bhatt, Suniel Shetty, Hansal Mehta, Ali Fazal, Sanjay Gupta, and others have extended support to both Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.
