Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was all praises for former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh saying people are missing an educated PM.
Kejriwal said this while targeting PM Modi over falling rupee. He used his Twitter handle to do the same. His tweet read, “People missing an educated PM like Dr Manmohan Singh. Its dawning on people now -“PM तो पढ़ा लिखा ही होना चाहिए।”
In his very next tweet, the APP leader attacked the BJP alleging that BJP is playing “dirty politics” with Delhiites over water. “BJP playing dirty politics with Delhiites water. Delhi was getting this water for 22 yrs. Suddenly, present BJP govt of Haryana drastically reduced this supply. Why? Pl don’t make people suffer due to ur dirty politics.”
Kejriwal was always on the bitter side with Congress, but as soon as BJP came into power, he shifted his focus on Modi.
He shared a Wall Street Journal report which said that rupee is the worst performing currency in Asia this year which points to uncertain future for investment in India. The rupee had strengthened over 6% in 2017.
The rupee has been falling sharply against the US dollar in the past couple of weeks.
