Coronavirus cases in India recorded a rapid surge in April. The highest single-day rise crossed the mark of 2.61 lakh on Sunday, which makes it the highest spike ever since the pandemic hit the country. Celebs such as Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Neetu Kapoor, R Madhavan including many others have tested positive for COVID-19. The latest B-townies who have contracted the virus are Arjun Rampal, Sameera Reddy and Neil Nitin Mukesh.
Celebs took to their respective social media handles and shared official statements after testing positive for COVID-19. Arjun, Neil and Sameera have quarantined themselves and they also expressed gratitude towards fans for wishing for their speedy recovery.
Arjun Rampal shared that he was ‘asymptomatic’ and he quarantined at his home.
Sameera took to her Instagram stories and shared a cryptic note. She shared that she is safe and her family members are safe.
Neil Nitin Mukesh too took to his official Instagram handle and shared the update with his fans. “Need all your love and blessings. Please do not take the situation out there lightly,” he captioned his post.
