As the CBI, NCB and ED investigates Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, Bollywood industry is currently under the radar. Several Bollywood celebs have complained about massively getting trolled by a section of social media users. The ‘Dabangg’ fame, Arbaaz Khan now files a legal case against few social media users for making defamatory videos and picture posts, which apparently drags his name in Sushant and Disha’s death case.
According to a report by Bollywood Bubble, on September 28, Arbaaz Khan has taken legal support to take action against those spreading defamatory content about him and his family. He has filed a defamation suit before the Bombay Civil Court and the Court was pleased to grant an interim order against the defendants, named Vibhor Anand and Sakshi Bhandari, and unknown defendants. The session directed the defendants to immediately withdraw/ recall/ take down the defamatory content.
All the posts, messages, tweets, videos, interviews, communications and correspondence similar to the defamatory content in relation to Arbaaz Khan or his family members on all public domains and social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and any other mediums or bot publish any further defamatory content, would lead the team to take strict action against the poster. The erroneous portrayal in the posts included stating that the actor was arrested and taken into unofficial custody of CBI. Here, check out the picture of the complaint copy.
Apparently, the order was passed by Justice V.V. Vidwans and counsel Pradeep Gandhy instructed by DSK Legal represented Arbaaz Khan.
On the work fronts, Arbaaz Khan was seen in a horror-thriller, ‘Main Zaroor Ayunga’. He was seen portraying double role in the film. The actor will be next seen sharing the screen space with Aseem Ali Khan and Priya Prakash Varrier in ‘Sridevi Bungalow.
