Apple Inc: To hold special event on October 30; new iPad, iMac computers expected
Apple Inc. is all set to hold a special event on October 30 in Brooklyn, New York and they have not revealed anything about what to expect from the event. However, the tech experts expect the launch of iPad and Apple’s line of Mac computers.
The company sent out invites and officially announced the event on its website on Thursday, without giving any hints of what might be coming except for the fact that the image on each invitation appeared to be different.
According to the tech experts, Apple is expected to reveal new iPad Pro models with Face ID technology that debuted on last year’s iPhone X. The new iPad models have also been tipped to pack USB Type-C ports, which would be a big departure from the norm as Apple has shipped proprietary 30-pin or Lightning ports on iOS devices till date.
Reports also suggest that at the event Apple could also unveil a refreshed MacBook Air at Rs 83,990, the most affordable Mac in Apple’s notebook lineup.
It is to be noted that Apple just held an event in September where it launched new iPhones and smartwatches.
