Surprisingly, the blast took place today, which marks the 29th anniversary of India and Israel establishing full diplomatic relations in 1992. An alert across the state have been issued by the officials post the low-intensity explosion.
Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) took no time to issue an alert to all the airports, government buildings and other prominent places in order to tighten the security across the state. Today during 5.00 pm the fire departments have apparently received the call because the Beating Retreat ceremony was happening at the Rajpath, which is just few kilometres away from the blast which took place on Kalam road.
