Finally, the issues of Apex Legends has been resolved in its latest update 1.1 which has been live for both PC and console players. Following tonight issues while playing Apex Legends, Respawn Entertained has revealed what actually happened and how they dealt with solving the issues. In its new update, you will get to see some more interesting features such as allowing users to invite or opt out in Friends menu.
The Apex Legends latest update also promises some quality of life changes making easier to create better, long-lasting squads of the players you meet while firing up the game. You should also note that Apex has included yet another option which allows its users to invite the members of their last squad back into their party perfect for those times when your team of randos from matchmaking actually turn out to be very good.
The patch also has several other changes worked in, including access to a Mute button on the Legend select screen, and more options on PC for reporting players for cheating or other issues. PC players will also get more information if the game crashes to help them deal with the trouble.
Taking to Twitter, Apex Legends informed his users and requested them saying: “Until the issue has been resolved we recommend players do not buy or craft anything. We’ll continue to provide updates, along with an ETA, as information comes in.”
Tonight, the small hotfix has been released to fix most of the problems, with the full rundown and explanation available in a new statement from Respawn which reads: “We shut down all live servers so we could remove players from the wrong place and roll up the correct servers with your progress. Once we confirmed internally that we had fixed the issue, we started rolling out the right servers starting with Xbox and staggered the updates to PS4 and PC.”

Quality Of Life
- The latest update allows users to party up with the last squad you played with. After the match, you will see buttons in the lobby that display the last two people you played with and can invite them to your squad.
- They have improved additional behind-the-scenes for squashing cheaters.
- Apex Legends added a Mute button during the intro and Legend selection.
- When using the Report Player button for PC, you now have the option of selecting Cheat or Other.
- Added better collision to the turrets on Supply Ships.
- Stability fixes to all platforms.
Apex Legends Bug Fixes
- They have fixed issue where the Battle Pass rewards page would not have a default item selected, which causes a mostly blank page.
- Fixed bug for PS4 and X1 where sometimes attempting to use a keyboard to chat could cause a fatal script error.
- Fixed bug with Banner Cards not showing up during and at the end of a match.
Apex Legends Crashes
- Added informative messages that appear on PC for crashes due to:
- (1) Running out of memory.
- (2) CPU errors best explained by overclocking/overheating.
- Added better collision to the turrets on Supply Ships.
- Stability fixes to all platforms.
Notably, the Apex Legends 1.1 update is live now, and you’ll have to download and install it through Origin before you start playing it.
