Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, 2020, which left his family and close friends in shock. Today his former girlfriend and actor Ankita Lokhande shared a photo on her social media handle, which she lit a candle in to remember the actor.

Sharing the photo, in front of her temple at home, she captioned, the photo, “HOPE,PRAYERS AND STRENGTH !!! Keep smiling wherever you are😊(sic).”

Earlier, on SSR’s one-month death anniversary, the actress shared a picture of a Diya that is surrounded by white flowers and the caption read, “CHILD Of GOD 😇(sic)”
Sushant and Ankita had dated for six years, the duo met on the sets of the TV show, Pavitra Rishta in 2009, fell in love, and soon moved in together, and were even planning to get married. However, the two separated their ways in 2016 breaking the hearts of their fans.
Currently, the actress is now in a relationship with Bilaspur-based businessman Vicky Jain. On the work front, Ankita made her Bollywood debut in the film, titled, ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi.’ The film also had Kangana Ranaut as the lead actress. In the movie, she essayed the role of Jhalkari Bai and earned a lot of appreciation for her performance.
