Evergreen actor, Anil Kapoor turned 62 on December 24. To mark the day, Kapoor family, including his daughter Sonam Kapoor, Harshvardhan Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and others gathered for a family dinner. Earlier in the day, the makers of his upcoming film Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga held a trailer preview event in Mumbai and launched the first poster.
Sonam Kapoor co-stars with father Anil Kapoor for the first time in the upcoming film, which will see the two translate their real-life father-daughter bond on screen as well. “Happy happy birthday dad… this has been a momentous year for both of us. For the first time in 10 years of being in this industry, I shared a frame with you and was your co-star… And you also had to see me get married,” read a part of Sonam’s message.
