Punjab: Nirankari Bhavan blast prime accused Avtar Singh arrested
In a press conference on Saturday, DGP, Suresh Arora said that Punjab police has arrested another terrorist in Amritsar grenade attack case. He also said that Punjab Police has solved Amritsar grenade attack by arresting Avtar Singh in the case.

He further revealed that Avtar Singh, along with the other accused, Bikrimjit Singh, were in touch with a person named Javed in Pakistan. The official also statedd that they were also in touch with a Radical Sikh, Paramjit Singh Baba in Italy.
Apparently, Bikrimjit Singh was arrested on Wednesday.
In the recent Nirankari Bhavan blast, three persons were killed and many others were injured in the attack when two men on a motorcycle threw a grenade during the public gathering at the Bhawan at Amritsar’s Rajasansi village.
While addressing a press conference in Chandigarh, Mr Arora said, the accused will be presented before the court of law today only.
