Amitabh Bachchan says, ‘couldn’t hold back tears,’ as Aishwarya and Aaradhya get discharged from hospital

On Monday, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and her 8-year-old-daughter Aaradhya tested negative for the novel Coronavirus and were discharged from the hospital as well. Soon after, Amitabh Bachchan got emotional and took to his social media handle and expressed gratitude to the lord.

Sharing a photo of his daughter-in-law and grand-daughter, Big B, took to his social media and captioned the post as, “अपनी छोटी बिटिया , और बहुरानी को ,अस्पताल से मुक्ति मिलने पर ; मैं रोक ना पाया अपने आंसू🙏
प्रभु तेरी कृपा अपार , अपरम्पार 🙏🙏”

(Upon getting rid of her little daughter, and Bahurani, from the hospital; I could not stop my tears Folded hands
Lord, your blessings are infinite Folded hands)

Confirming the same, on Monday, Abhishek Bachchan also shared on his Twitter, “Thank you all for your continued prayers and good wishes. Indebted forever. 🙏🏽
Aishwarya and Aaradhya have thankfully tested negative and have been discharged from the hospital. They will now be at home. My father and I remain in hospital under the care of the medical staff.”

However, Big B and his son-actor Abhishek will continue to remain at the Nanavati hospital in the isolation ward as they are currently recovering from Covid-19.

After the testing Covid-19 positive, The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) had sealed all four bungalows- Jalsa, Pratiksha, Janak, and Vatsa, after sanitization, and declared as containment zones. Although, after 14 days, the BMC officials removed containment zone banners from the gates of Bachchan’s bungalow.
