Amitabh Bachchan took to his Twitter handle and expressed gratitude to all his fans for their prayers.
On June 11, Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan took to his social media to announce that he has been tested positive for the Coronavirus. The actor is currently admitted to Nanavati hospital’s isolation ward. Today, the 77-year-old actor expressed his gratitude to his fans on Twitter.

After Big B, his son-actor Abhishek Bachchan also tested positive. On Sunday, Abhishek’s wife-actor Aishwarya Rai and their daughter Aaradhya Bachchan also tested positive for the virus. However, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Navya Naveli Nanda, and Agastya Nanda have been tested negative.
On June 12, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) sealed all four bungalows- Jalsa, Pratiksha, Janak, and Vatsa, after sanitization, of the Bachchan’s family.
