Megastar Amitabh Bachchan tests positive for COVID-19

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan tests COVID-19 positive. He was rushed to Mumbai’s Nanavati hospital on Saturday evening. The shocking news was confirmed by Big B on his social media handle. He wrote that he has been tested positive for Coronavirus.

Amitabh Bachchan took to his Twitter handle and shared the news. He wrote, “I have tested CoviD positive .. shifted to Hospital .. hospital informing authorities .. family and staff undergone tests , results awaited ..
All that have been in close proximity to me in the last 10 days are requested to please get themselves tested !”

Big B was last seen in Shoojit Sircar’s comedy-drama ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ alongside Ayushmann Khurrana. The film was released on Amazon Prime due to the lockdown. He will next be seen in Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt starrer ‘Brahmastra’ which is directed by Ayan Mukerji.
