The veteran actor of Bollywood, Amitabh Bachchan clocked completion of 52-years in the Bollywood industry on Monday i.e Feb 16. Although today he is known as the megastar, he made an humble beginning with film Saat Hindustani of 1969, which was directed by Khwaja Ahmad Abbas. The star took to his social media handles and expressed gratitude towards the fans.
Amitabh Bachchan is quite regular at sharing interesting posts on his official social media handles. On Monday reacting to his then and now collage picture which was shared by one of his fans on Twitter, Amitabh Bachchan wrote, “It was today that I entered the film industry. February 15, 1969. 52 years! Gratitude.”
The superstar was last seen sharing the screen space with Ayushmann Khurrana in Gulabo Sitabo, which was released on OTT platform because it was released amidst the pandemic lockdown. Big B’s upcoming films include Chehre, Brahmastra, Jhund, Mayday and an untitled movie with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone.
Hindi movies such as Zanjeer, Deewaar, Sholay, Amar Akbar Anthony, Don, Agneepath and including few others are among biggest blockbusters delivered by Amitabh Bachchan.
