Actor Amit Mistry breathed his last due to cardiac arrest

Renowned Gujarati actor, Amit Mistry breathed his last earlier this morning, according to the latest reports. The cause of his demise is said to be cardiac arrest. The actor is known to have worked in several Hindi films as well as TV shows. He had also appeared in few Gujarati films.
Kya Kehna, Ek Chalis Ki Last Local, 99, Shor In The City, Yamla Pagla Deewana, Bey Yaar, A Gentleman and the Amazon Prime series Bandish Bandits are among his most popular projects. Last year in October, the actor made headlines for bagging a prominent role in Star Bharat’s show Savdhaan India. The series compiled of stories based on crime against women had begun streaming on the channel and it was titled- ‘Meri Sangarsh, Meri Zubani’.
The Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) took to its official Twitter handle today and expressed grief on the unfortunate passing away of the actor.
