The Coronavirus Pandemic has raised its head in India. To contain the spread Prime Minister Narendra Modi requested the citizens on Janata Curfew to come together and clap, ring the bells or bang any object to express gratitude to the millions that are keeping the country going, such as doctors, nurses, paramedics, municipal staff and airport workers. He asked the citizens to go out on their balconies or standing at their doors and windows at 5 pm on March 22 and unite in applauding their work.
Not only the citizens but celebrities too adhered to the PM’s call. The who’s who of Bollywood posted pictures and videos of the moment. South stars too did the same, as biggies like Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Allu Arjun and many more shared videos of their support on social media accounts.
