Pushpa First & Second Look: Allu Arjun slips into a rugged avatar for Sukumar’s next

Turning the on-going speculations true, Allu Arjun and Sukumar’s upcoming film has been titled as Pushpa. On the occasion of his 37th birthday, Allu Arjun took to Twitter and shared his first look from his upcoming film Pushpa.

In the first look of Pushpa, Allu Arjun can be seen sporting a thick beard and slipping into a rugged avatar for the rustic actioner. As per the buzz, the Stylish star will be playing a lorry driver in Sukumar’s directorial.

Sharing the first look of Pushpa on Twitter, Allu Arjun wrote, “First Look and the Title of my next movie “ P U S H P A. “Directed by dearest Sukumar garu . Music by dearest friend @ThisIsDSP . Really excited about this one. Hoping all of you like it .”

Hours after dropping the first look of Pushpa, makers have dropped the second look of Allu Arjun from the film. You can check out the second look poster of Pushpa below:

Kannada beauty Rashmika Mandanna will play the female lead opposite Allu Arjun in Pushpa.

As per the reports, Pushpa is the name of Rashmika Mandanna is Sukumar’s directorial Pushpa. The regular shoot of Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna is likely to be started from May but due to Coronavirus pandemic, it is likely to be delayed.

The film Pushpa is set on the backdrop of red sanders smuggling in Seshachalam forests in Chittor district in Andhra Pradesh. The role of the villain is likely to be played by Vijay Sethupathy.

As per the reports, Mahesh Babu was supposed to play the lead in Sukumar’s directorial venture but due to some creative differences with the makers, the superstar walked out of the project. The makers offered it to Allu Arjun who accepted.

It is to be noted that Pushpa marks the Allu Arjun’s third collaboration with Sukumar as they have earlier worked together in Arya and Arya 2. The film Pushpa will be released in five languages.
