In Pics: Alia Bhatt turns heads at Isha Ambani-Anand Piramal wedding

Alia Bhatt, who could not attend the pre-wedding bash of Isha Ambani and Anand Piramal, which was held in Rajasthan’s Udaipur has made her presence felt in the wedding ceremony at Antilla, Mumbai on Wednesday.

The sizzling actress made everyone’s head turn by sporting a simple lehenga. Alia Bhatt donned a monochrome lehenga choli which had threadwork all over it and a sheer dupatta. Bhatt did not sport much jewellery, but only wore a pair of Chandbalis.

Alia Bhatt tied her hair in a tight bun and rounded her look by wearing a black bindi on her forehead.

It is to be noted that Alia Bhatt was in Hyderabad over the weekend to complete the second and last schedule of her upcoming film Kalank. She was joined by co-star Varun Dhawan, who made his appearance at pre-wedding ceremony and then headed for Hyderabad.

Talking about Kalank, it is a period film directed by Abhishek Varman. The movie has an ensemble cast which includes Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Prior to Kalank, Alia will be seen in Zoya Akhtar’s directorial named Gully Boy and she will be seen romancing Ranveer Singh in the film. The movie based on Mumbai’s street rappers is slated to release on Valentine’s Day 2019.

In the coming year, Alia will also be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra which is set to be a trilogy. In the film, she is paired opposite her alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor.

The film is all set to hit the theatres in Christmas 2019.
