Alia Bhatt who has been shooting for Gangubai Kathiawadi had quarantined herself after the reports circulated that director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali tested positive for COVID-19. The shootings were apparently stalled and the crew was also asked to get tested soon. Now she confirms about testing negative for COVID and also reveals that she is resuming her shoots.
Because Alia Bhatt has been regularly shooting, she gets tested almost every day before beginning to shoot. Her recent few tests have apparently been negative. Earlier she shot for SLB’s film, Gangubai Kathiawadi and later she was on the sets of Brahmastra. She quarantined herself after both Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Ranbir Kapoor tested COVID-19 positive.
Today she took to her Instagram handle and shared the update with her fans. “I’ve been reading all your messages of concern and care. I have tested negative for COVID-19 and after isolating and speaking with my doctors, I am back to work from today. Thank you for all your good wishes! I’m taking care and staying safe. You please do the same. Love to you all,” she shared in her cryptic post.
