The Ambani’s released a statement announcing the name of the newborn, that read as “With the grace of Lord Krishna and the blessings of Dhirubhai Ambani, Kokilaben Ambani is delighted to announce the birth of our precious baby boy! Prithvi Akash Ambani. Delighted Parents Shloka and Akash. Overjoyed Grandparents Nita Dadi & Mukesh Dada, Mona Nani & Russell Nana. Akash and Shloka tied the knot at the Jio World Centre, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Mumbai on March 9, 2019, and was attended by many prominent figures like the UN secretary-general Ban Ki-Moon and wife, former British PM Tony Blair and his wife Cherie Blair, and Google CEO Sundar Pichai and wife Anjali Pichai, Netflix co-founder Reed Hastings.
Akash is the eldest son of Asia’s richest man Mukesh and Nita Ambani and Shloka Mehta is the daughter of diamond magnate Russel Mehta and Mona Mehta.
