Adipurush: Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh kickstart 2-month Mumbai schedule

Adipurush is one of the most anticipated mythological flick starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh in the key roles. The film is apparently set in the backdrop of Hindu epic Ramayana and reportedly the makers plan to give a modern perspective to the story. As per latest reports, Prabhas, Kriti and Sunny have kickstarted the Mumbai schedule recently.

Adipurush is hailed as an extravaganza film, because of the budget the makers have planned to roll out for production activities. It is a complete 3D film. According to the media reports, Prabhas, Kriti Sanon and Sunny Singh have kickstarted shooting a few crucial scenes in Mumbai for Om Raut’s directorial. The actors are said to have been busy with the dance practises before starting the shoots for the song sequences.

The shoots to apparently last for two-months in Mumbai. While Prabhas would be seen portraying the role of Lord Ram, Kriti Sanon will play Sita. Saif Ali Khan will play the role of Ravan and Sunny Singh will be seen as Laxman. The film will be shot in Telugu and Hindi simultaneously. Adipurush will be dubbed in other languages as well i.e Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The movie is expected to be released in theatres on August 11, 2022.
