Priyanka Chopra Condoles Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins Demise In in Fatal Shooting Incident By Alec Baldwin
Hollywood star Alec Baldwin fired a prop gun on the film set of Rust. Baldwin apparently misfired a prop gun that ended up killing cinematographer Halyna Hutchins and injuring director Joel Souza. Reportedly a probe is currently on to investigate the matter. Actor Priyanka Chopra has expressed shock. The actor took to Twitter and expressed her grief, as well as sending condolences to Haylna’s family.
Priyanka wrote, “I’m so shook. I cannot imagine what everyone involved in this tragedy is feeling. There are no words. No one should die on a film set. Period. My heart goes out to Halyna Hutchins family and everyone who knew her.”

Ukraine-born cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, 42, was struck in the upper body. She died shortly after the incident. Director Joel Souza, 48, who was standing behind her as they lined up a shot, was also wounded. He was hospitalized, then released.
A shocked Alec Baldwin said, “There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother and deeply admired colleague of ours. I’m fully cooperating with the police investigation. My heart is broken for her husband, their son, and all who knew and loved Halyna.”
Police interviewed a visibly distraught Baldwin but have pressed no charges.
