Drugs Case: Aryan Khan bail plea to be heard in High Court on October 26
Bombay High Court will hear Aryan Khan's bail application on October 26, confirmed star kid's lawyer.
On Wednesday, Aryan Khan, his friend Arbaaz Seth Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha’s bail was rejected by Mumbai Sessions Court in the Cruise ship drug bust case.
After which, Khan’s legal team had moved to Bombay High Court to apply for bail in the case. Now, the bail application will be heard on October 26.
News agency ANI tweeted about the same and wrote: “Drugs on cruise ship case | Bombay High Court to hear Aryan Khan’s bail application on 26th October, Tuesday, says his lawyer”

Earlier today, Shah Rukh Khan had paid a visit to his 23-year-old son at Mumbai’s Arthur Jail, where his Aryan Khan has been kept amid the ongoing investigation of the drugs case. This is the first time SRK has made an appearance in front of the media ever since his son has been arrested.
Recently, the Narcotics Control Bureau has found a ‘drug-related WhatsApp chat’ between Aryan and a debut actress.
In his bail application, Khan stated that he was “innocent” and “falsely implicated in the present crime”, and concluded stating that with his “deep roots in society and will not tamper with investigation or abscond.
The 23-year-old star kid was arrested on 3rd October and has been booked for offenses under Sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29, and 35 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
