Recently, Khan’s security has been increased, as he has been moved to a special barrack inside the jail premises. Reportedly, he is also reportedly being monitored by jail authorities.
According to the sources by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), Aryan has “promised to be a good citizen and serve the country” while being counseled. He was counseled by the Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede, who has also been leading the investigation.
On Friday, Aryan spoke with his father Shah Rukh Khan and mother Gauri Khan via video call from inside Mumbai’s Arthur Road Jail. “Aryan was on the call for 10 minutes with his parents, and a jail official was present with him during the call,” said the jail officials.
Aryan, Arbaaz Seth Merchant, and 6 others were detained after the NCB conducted raids on the Mumbai cruise on October 2. Later, 8 accused were arrested a day after. On October 7, Aryan was sent to 14-day judicial custody.
