1. Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Olive oil
  • Pizza sauce
  • Chilli flakes
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Sweet corn
  • Olives
  • Oregano
  • Jalapeno
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Butter

Recipe:

  • Heat the olive oil or butter in a heavy pan.
  • Place the bread slice on the pan.
  • Lightly toast the bread from the base and then flip it.
  • Spread 2 tsp of pizza sauce.
  • Add all the chopped veggies to the bread.
  • Spread a generous amount of mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle dried oregano and chilly flakes.
  • Keep the flame to its lowest until the cheese melts
  • Place a lid on the bread pizza.

2. Bread Pakora

Ingredients:

  • Potato
  • Green Chilli
  • Ginger
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Chilly powder
  • Bread
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustard seeds

Recipe:

  • Take a pan and heat oil in it.
  • Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilly to it, and ginger.
  • Mix well.
  • Put the boiled potato in the pan.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and coriander leaves.
  • Mix them thoroughly
  • Now, prepare besan batter by taking 1 cup besan, 2 tbsp rice flour, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ½ tsp salt in a large bowl.
  • Stir it thoroughly to make a liquid dip.
  • Take slices of bread and spread the potato filling.
  • Cut the bread slices into two.
  • Dip the prepared stuffed bread into the besan batter covering both sides.
  • Deep fry immediately into the hot oil.
  • Serve bread pakora with green chutney or tomato sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Butter
  • Eggs
  • Powdered sugar
  • Milk
  • Salt

Recipe:

  • In a medium-size mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk,  powdered sugar, and salt.

  • Heat a non-stick pan. Add ½ tsp butter.
  • Dip bread into mixture, allow to soak for 30 seconds on each side
  • Remove the bread slice and place it on the pan.
  • Cook on both sides until golden brown, approximately 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Remove the French toast, add a dollop of butter over it.
  • Serve immediately with maple syrup, whipped cream or fruit.

Ingredients:

  • Bread
  • Avocado
  • Salt
  • Eggs (if required)
  • Black pepper
  • Oil

Recipe:

  • Mash the avocado in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper
  • Take a medium-sized non-stick pan, add 1 teaspoon of oil and heat it on a low flame.
  • Gently crack the egg into the skillet
  • Lay the bread slices on a clean tray and top it up with mashed avocado.
  • Top with egg, salt and pepper.

  • Butter
  • Potato
