After meeting her, Salman took to his Twitter handle and shared the picture with fans. SK also congratulated her for making India proud with her achievements.

On Wednesday(August 11), Salman Khan took to his Twitter handle to share the picture with Mirabai Chanu. He captioned the picture, “Happy for u silver medalist @mirabai_chanu.. lovely meeting with u … best wishes always!”. Reacting to SK’s picture post, Mirabai wrote,“Thank you so much Salman Khan Sir. I am a big fan of you and it was like a dream come true for me.”

For the unversed, Mirabai Chanu lifted 202kg (87kg+115kg) eyeing on the silver medal at the Tokyo Olympic games in women’s 49 kg category. She also met Sachin Tendulkar in Mumbai the same day. After her historic win at the Olympics, many Bollywood celebs tweeted congratulating her.
