Shilpa Shetty To Make First Public Appearance Amid Raj Kundra’s Porn Case?
Shilpa Shetty is reportedly all set to make first public appearance amidst Raj Kundra's pornography case.
Shilpa Shetty who has been away from the media glare since her husband and businessman Raj Kundra’s arrest in a pornography case is reportedly all set to make her first public appearance for a virtual fundraiser event and will join other Bollywood celebrities.
The ‘Hungama 2’ actress is expected to join celebrities such as Arjun Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Ed Sheeran, Karan Johar, Parineeti Chopra, Saif Ali Khan, Sara Ali Khan, and Steven Spielberg, for a Coronavirus relief fundraiser, reported by Hindustan Times.
The virtual event is titled ‘We For India: Saving Lives, Protecting Livelihoods’, and is expected to take place on August 15 and the proceeds from the event will be made use to supply facilities such as oxygen concentrators, cylinders, ventilators, essential medicines, and ICU units.
Further, the funds will also go towards supporting the staffing of vaccination centers. Donations are also expected to support long-term public recovery and rebuild livelihoods. The event is going to be streamed on Facebook and will be hosted by Rajkummar Rao.
Recently, Shilpa also broke her silence on her husband Raj Kundra’s arrest for his alleged involvement in a porn racket. She also urged everyone to respect the family’s privacy for the sake of their two children.
