Former AOA Member Mina Hospitalized After Attempting To Take Her Life: Reports

On Thursday i.e July 29, Kpop group AOA member Mina was found unconscious at her apartment in South Korea. She was immediately rushed to an hospital by an acquaintance, who happened to visit her. The singer didn’t apparently responded to the calls for a long time and that’s when the acquaintance called the officials. According to the Korean media outlets, she attempted to take her own life. An emergency surgery was performed on her to save her life because of an excessive bleeding.

For the unversed, Mina was embroiled into several controversies, which even made her release an handwritten apology letter. In the letter she tries to explain her side of stories about controversies and also apologizes for not being able to stay away from the social media platform. She had earlier announced about plans to stay away from social media for her mental health. She has also shared a few screenshots of the chats claiming that she was indeed in contact with those, who claim to be not in direct contacts with her. She states that people still tries to spread rumors about her.
