Raj Kundra Sent To 14 Judicial Custody By Mumbai Court

Shilpa Shetty’s husband and businessman Raj Kundra was arrested on July 19. It was in a case related to the alleged creation of pornographic films and publishing them through some apps. The 45-year-old was produced before Magistrate Court at the end of his earlier remand on Tuesday. He has now been sent to 14-day judicial custody by a Mumbai court.

Kundra was spotted while he was being taken to the Mumbai court for the hearing of bail plea. The bail plea has been rejected as the court has sent Raj Kundra and his partner Ryan Thorpe to judicial custody for 14 days now.

ANI reported, “ A court in Mumbai sends actor Shilpa Shetty‘s husband Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe to judicial custody for 14 days in the pornography racket case”.

The Bombay High Court has granted anticipatory bails to model actors Poonam Pandey and Sherlyn Chopra.

Shilpa Shetty has also been reportedly interrogated in this case. But the actress has denied having any connections to the adult film racket.

As reported by sources, Four employees of Raj Kundra have turned witnesses in the case involving the production and distribution of pornographic films. They told police that they were asked to delete clips that were uploaded from HotShots.
