Boycott Kareena Kapoor Khan Trends On Twitter For This Reason

Kareena Kapoor Khan is back in news for demanding a whopping amount to play Sita in an upcoming release. Reports of the actress demanding a whopping Rs 12 crore for Sita’s role have come to light. Her demand has left netizens miffed. They took to social media to vent their ire and soon boycott Kareena Kapoor started trending.

Twitterati alleged that the Good Newwz actress is hurting their religious sentiments by asking too much to play Sita in the film. Some even said that demanding a huge amount of Rs 12 crore is ‘against humanity. Some alleged that she cannot play the role of Sita as she is the mother of two and married to Saif Ali Khan. Some even vented their ire on the director and called to boycott him for planning to cast Kareena as Sita.

According to a report by Bollywood Hungama, a source had revealed, “Kareena who usually asks for INR 6-8 crores for films has quoted a sum of INR 12 crores which have put the producers in a tizzy. In fact, right now, they are reconsidering their decision and in talks to take the film to a younger actress instead. But Kareena still remains the first choice.”
