Gangubai Kathiawadi: Ajay Devgn To Team Up With Sanjay Leela Bhansali Once Again?

Bollywood’s Singham Ajay Devgn is all set to collaborate with ace director Sanjay Leela Bhansali once again. The duo had first joined hands for hit flick Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam. Later Bhansali approached him for Bajirao Mastani but the actor could not take it due to date issues. Finally, they are apparently coming together for Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi.

As reported by sources to Bollywood Hungama, Bhansali and Devgn are coming together again in Gangubai Kathiawadi. Devgn has agreed to the director’s request for doing a very special cameo appearance. He will be playing a real-life underworld don in Gangubai Kathiawadi. The role is described as “short and powerful.

The makers have recently resumed the shoot of Gangubai Kathiawadi. The movie features Alia Bhatt in the titular role of a brothel head from Mumbai. The film is now nearing completion with just one more month of work remaining. Reportedly the makers are aiming to wrap it up by March this year.

On the work front, Ajay Devgn has two films in his kitty, One being Indra Kumar’s Thank God where he is sharing screen space with Sidharth Malhotra and Rakul Preet Singh. The second is Mayday featuring Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh. Devgn will be directing the movie.
