Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt to romance again in Karan Johar’s next?
According to the recent reports, 'Gully Boy' duo Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt are all set to reunite again for Karan Johar's next.
Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt were quite appreciated by their fans when they were seen together in Zoya Akhtar’s 2019 film, ‘Gully Boy’, and now it looks like the on-screen pair is all set to reunite, but, time for Karan Johar’s next romantic drama. This will be the first time that Ranveer will be a part of KJO’s directorial.

According to a report in Peeping Moon, Karan Johar is going to direct Alia and Ranveer for a love story. This also marks KJO’s return on the director seat after 5 years, he last directed the 2016’s film, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ which featured Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. KJo also directed segments for the Netflix series ‘Lust Stories’ (2018) and ‘Ghost Stories’ (2020)

The official announcement is yet to be made.
KJo was expected to start the shooting of his period-drama film ‘Takht’ in 2020, however, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the film was put on hold.
On the other note, Ranveer is currently awaiting the release of Rohit Shetty’s Sooryavanshi and Kabir Khan’s ’83.’ He also has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Cirkus’ and ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar,’ whereas, Alia will be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra,’ Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ and next, in the Telugu-language period action drama film, ‘RRR.’
