Remo D’souza calls Salman Khan an ‘angel’ for helping his family after he suffered a heart attack
In an interview, Remo D'souza thanked Salman Khan for helping his family after he suffered a heart attack.
A few days back, ace choreographer Remo D’souza suffered a heart attack and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in Mumbai, and underwent an angioplasty. Now, in an interview, he expressed gratitude to Salman Khan for helping his family during their tough time.
In an interview, with The Times Of India, the 54-year-old actor revealed that the ‘Dabangg’ actor came to the aid of his family, “We call him an angel as he has a heart of gold. I have worked with him and I know the kind of a gem that he is. Salman and I don’t talk much, like, I only say ‘yes, sir, okay sir’. Actually, my wife and Salman are very close. As soon as I was rushed to the hospital, Lizelle called him. And through the six days that I was in the hospital, he saw to it that I was taken good care of. He was also personally talking to the doctors.”

Remo also revealed that he couldn’t believe that he suffered a heart attack, “Frankly, I am shocked myself! Though I am happy that I am doing better now, and the doctors have checked on me and said that my heart is getting back to normal.”
The choreographer said that the pain was something that he had never experienced in his life and the entire phase was the scariest time of his life, after he and his wife Lizelle reached the hospital, the doctors said that it’s a ‘major heart attack.’
Earlier, Lizelle, in an Instagram post also thanked the Salman for ‘emotional support.’ Remo and Salman have worked together in the 2018 action thriller ‘Race 3.’
