South superstar, Rajinikanth had recently started working for his upcoming Tamil film, ‘Annaatthe’. The makers had to suspend the shootings of this flick after few crew members have tested positive for COVID-19. The shooting were apparently taking place in Hyderabad for over last few weeks.
Reportedly, during his recent conversation with media in South, Rajinikanth revealed to them that around 40 per cent of shooting is left for his upcoming film. The superstar will be seen playing a caring brother and Keerthy Suresh will be seen as his sister in this family drama. However, resuming the shootings all again seems to be quite challenging for the makers after 4 members have tested positive. The reports also confirmed that the star will return to Chennai later on Wednesday or early Thursday.

Amidst the pandemic Coronavirus outspread movie the shootings have become quite a challenging task for filmmakers, as it requires several teams to work together. Several stars have recently confirmed about testing positive for the virus such as Varun Dhawan, Kriti Sanon, Rakul Preet Singh to name a few.
Coming back to film, ‘Annaatthe’ is being helmed by Siva and it is being co-produced by Kalanithi Maran. The film also features Keerthy Suresh and Meena in the key roles.
