Poonam Pandey decides to end her marriage with Sam Bombay, says, ‘I have suffered alot’
Poonam Pandey, in an interview, revealed that she has decided to end her marriage with Sam Bombay.
Poonam Pandey had recently tied the knot with her long time beau, Sam Bombay, 13 days after their marriage, the actress filed an FIR against her husband for molestation, threatening, and assaulting her in Goa, however, after a few hours later he was granted bail.

Now, the Nasha actress finally broke the silence on the incident and told the Times Of India, “Sam and I had an argument, which escalated, and he began hitting me. He choked me and I thought I was going to die. He punched me in my face, pulled me by my hair, and banged my head against the corner of the bed. He knelt on my body, pinned me down, and assaulted me. Somehow, I managed to break free and bolted out of the room. The hotel staff called the cops, who took him away. I filed a complaint against him.”
Further, she also stated that it has been an abusive relationship and she has often been to the hospital through the course of our courtship. She said that they got married hoping that things would get better. however, that did not happen.
“I am the perfect example of ‘love is blind,” said Poonam.
Pandey also said that she has decided to end her marriage with Sam, and does not plan to go back to him this time. She said that it is not a smart idea to go back to a person ‘who has beaten you up like an animal, without even thinking of the consequence.’
She said that she would prefer being single than ‘in an abusive relationship’ and has decided to end the marriage as she has ‘suffered a lot’ and it is high time for her to ‘move on.’
