Rhea Chakraborty files police complaint against Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh over bogus presription
Rhea Chakraborty has reportedly filed a police complaint against SSR’s sister Priyanka Singh. It is for allegedly prescribing illegal drugs to the late actor.
The news was confirmed by Rhea’s lawyer Satish Maneshinde, “Rhea Chakraborty has filed a police complaint before the Mumbai Police against Priyanka Singh, Dr Tarun Kumar of Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and others for offenses of forgery, NDPS Act and Tele Medicine Practice Guidelines 2020, for having sent a bogus medical prescription depicting SSR as an Out-Patient Department person.”
“It is imperative that the actions of Priyanka Singh, Dr. Tarun Kumar, and others be investigated and that it be determined as to how they came to provide the deceased with such a bogus and unlawful prescription,” she says.
In her six-page long complaint, Rhea has cited that Sushant Singh Rajput passed away five days after he obtained a prescription. Wherein “he was unlawfully prescribed psychotrophic substances at the behest of his sister.
Rhea Chakraborty is currently being questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau for the second consecutive day. As reported by sources she has accepted that she procured drugs for the late actor’s consumption. The actress added that she never consumed them.
On Friday the NCB had arrested Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant’s house manager Samuel Miranda. They were sent to judicial custody till September 9, 2020.
