‘RRR’: THIS Actress Replaces Alia Bhatt From SS Rajamouli’s Directorial?

‘Bahubali’ director, SS Rajamouli is currently gearing up with his upcoming film, ‘RRR’. The much-anticipated film features Jr. NTR and Ram Charan in the pivotal roles. While it was stated that Alia Bhatt is a part of the film, the latest reports suggest that the actress has opted out of the project and Priyanka Chopra is to be considered for the role.

According to a report by TollywoodNet.com, the sources revealed that Rajamouli is planning to Priyanka Chopra in ‘RRR’. According to the sources, Alia Bhatt has already conveyed the decision to the filmmaker and he has started the hunt for a female lead heroine to romance Ram Charan, who is essaying the role of Seetarama Raju. The director is considering PeeCee for the role. The makers are yet to officially announce about the same.

Talking about the actress, the ‘Desi Girl’ has shared the screen space with Ram Charan in ‘Zanjeer’, however, their collaboration film didn’t work at the box-office.

Coming back to Alia Bhatt, the actress recently released her film ‘Sadak 2’, which also starred Aditya Roy Kapur, Pooja Bhatt and Sanjay Dutt. The film marked directorial comeback of Mahesh Bhatt and it was released on OTT streaming giant. The actors including the director have faced a backlash on social media due to the ongoing ‘nepotism debate’.
