RIP Saroj Khan: Madhuri Dixit, Akshay Kumar & others pay last respects

National Award-winning choreographer Saroj Khan passed away in Mumbai today. She was 71 years old. Bollywood’s Masterji as she was lovingly addressed died in the early hours of Friday. She was admitted to a hospital earlier for breathing issues, but she recovered. The mother of dancing lost her fight due to a cardiac arrest. In her career spanning forty years, she choreographed nearly 2000 songs. Her most successful collaborations were with actors Sridevi and Madhuri Dixit.
