Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicidal death has created a wave in the industry. The Mumbai Police is currently carrying on the investigation on the actors death case. Post the Raabta star’s demise, everyone is talking about depression as well as the nepotism that exists in the industry. Several celebrities shared their stories of dealing with nepotism and mafia culture. We now have talented singer, Sonu Nigam speaking up about how the music industry works, how only two main companies run the whole industry process.
Sonu Nigam in a vlog video, talked about Sushant Singh Rajput’s unfortunate demise. He says that it was an actor this time, tomorrow you might hear the death news of a singer, lyricist, or a composer. “There’s a bigger mafia that exists in the music industry in India. I was lucky to debut at a young age and hence was able to flee from this whole mess quite early. But it’s a difficult scenario for the new kids,” he said.
Drawing the attention on industry’s politics, the singer went on to reveal that the music industry specifically in run by two main companies.”The producers, directors, and music composers want to work with new talent, but since they don’t have a tie-up with a music company, they are unable to. The entire power is with only two companies and two people. They decide who should sing and who shouldn’t.”
