Alia Bhatt Arrives To Emotionally Support Ranbir Kapoor After Rishi Kapoor' Demise
After the shocking death of Irrfan Khan on April 29. We woke up to devastating news of veteran Rishi Kapoor’s demise. The 67-year-old actor was admitted to Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital in Mumbai. He breathed his last on Thursday morning at 8:45 AM. Rishi Kapoor is survived by wife Neetu Kapoor, son Ranbir Kapoor, and daughter Riddhima. In this sad time, Ranbir Kapoor‘s girlfriend Alia Bhatt reached the hospital to support Ranbir Kapoor and family.

Alia Bhatt’s car was snapped by the paparazzi arriving at the hospital. Though they could not catch a glimpse of the Raazi star.
Alia has always stood like a pillar of strength beside Ranbir all through his father’s sickness. She shares a good bond with the entire family.
Rishi Kapoor’s family had earlier issued a statement, “Our dear Rishi Kapoor passed away peacefully at 8:45 am IST in hospital today after a two-year battle with leukaemia. The doctors and medical staff at the hospital said he kept them entertained to the last. He remained jovial and determined to live to the fullest right through two years of treatment across two continents. Family, friends, food and films remained his focus and everyone who met him during this time was amazed at how he did not let his illness get the better of him. He was grateful for the love of his fans that poured in from the world over. In his passing, they would all understand that he would like to be remembered with a smile and not with tears.”
The actor’s last rites will be performed at the Chandanwadi crematorium in Kalbadevi this evening.
