Vicky Kaushal slams rumors of violating lockdown rules and getting arrested by cops
Vicky Kaushal took to his Twitter handle and slammed the rumors of him stepping out of the house amid coronavirus lockdown.
Vicky Kaushal has been grabbing the headlines as there were reports of the actor violating lockdown the lockdown rules and stepping out of his house to visit a Bollywood star. Now, the actor took to his Twitter handle to put an end to all the rumors.
The ‘Raazi’ actor took to his Twitter handle to slam the rumors and tweeted, “There are baseless rumours suggesting that I broke the lockdown and got pulled up by the cops. I’ve not stepped out of my house since the lockdown started. I request people not to heed the rumours. @MumbaiPolice”

However, recently, Sonakshi Sinha was also believed to have violated the rules of the lockdown as the actress was slammed by filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri for being papped outside a studio in Mumbai. The ‘Dabangg’ actress later clarified that it was an old photo and even asked Mumbai Police to meddle, in order to prevent people from spreading ‘fake news.’

On the other note, Vicky’s building Oberoi Springs is now under partial lockdown by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) after an 11-year-old girl was tested positive for coronavirus in the complex.
Coming back to the work front, he will be seen in Shoojit Sircar’s biographical film ‘Sardar Udham Singh.’ produced by Ronnie Lahiri and Sheel Kumar, written by Ritesh Shah and Shubhendu Bhattacharya under the banner of Rising Sun Films.
The film is scheduled for release on 15 January 2021
