Kubbra Sait takes a dig at Arnab Goswami: “Yeh journalist hai ya roadies ka host”

On April 23, 2020, Republic Media Network’s Editor in Chief Arnab Goswami posted a video stating that he and his wife were attacked by Youth Congress workers. The physical attack on Arnab Goswami comes hours after he blamed Congress leader Sonia Gandhi of orchestrating the Palghar lynching.

Now, Sacred Games’ actress Kubbra Sait took to her Twitter handle, shared the video testimony and slammed Arnab Goswami, she tweeted, “Yeh journalist hai ya roadies ka host? His “guards” make better interrogators than the police. I mean why do we need law when we have you passing the verdict? It deeply saddens me, that I’ve said good things about you to introduce you on stage, you didn’t deserve any kind words.”

In the video, Arnab called Sonia Gandhi as the ‘biggest coward of India’ alleging that she had asked her party members to attack him. 

Arnab Goswami had accused Gandhi of being silent on the mob lynching incident which took place in Maharashtra’s Palghar on the night of April 16.

He said, “I would like to ask the country, would the country had remained silent if Maulvis or Christian Padres would have been targeted the way Hindu saints were? Would Italy’s Antonia Maino (Sonia Gandhi) have remained silent then? I would like to tell you if the victims had been Christian padres, Sonia Gandhi, who had come from Rome, would not have remained silent on the issue.”
