Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish Will Perform on One World: Together at Home Global Citizen Concert

Global Citizen is teaming up with World Health Organization to bring the viewers at home a musical night to remember. The One World: Together At Home is a worldwide special that will feature a long list of celebrities uniting to show their support for healthcare workers. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday at 8 p.m. ET.
As per Global Citizen, “It’s a historic, first-of-its kind global broadcast event to celebrate the heroic efforts of community health workers, and to support the World Health Organization in the global fight to end COVID-19. Viewers around the world can take action by visiting www.globalcitizen.org/togetherathome to call on corporations, governments, and philanthropists to fund critical global COVID-19 response efforts, including support for frontline healthcare workers.”
The long list of artists scheduled to appear in the One World event include:
- Idris and Sabrina Elba
- J Balvin
- John Legend
- Kacey Musgraves
- Keith Urban
- Kerry Washington
- Lang Lang
- Lizzo
- Maluma
- Paul McCartney
- Priyanka Chopra Jonas
- Shah Rukh Khan
- Stevie Wonder.
In addition, the event will feature special appearances from healthcare workers. They will be sharing their experiences about fighting COVID-19.
There are more celebrities being added to the line up everyday. Taylor Swift and Alicia Keys were recently added to the list. In fact, the 2 hour concert will have a 6-hour pre-show. Moreover, performers like uperM, Adam Lambert, Annie Lennox, Becky G, Ben Platt, Charlie Puth, Ellie Goulding, and Niall Horan are scheduled to perform during the pre-show.
Lady Gaga is serving as the curator for the event in order to raise funds for the Coronavirus relief efforts.
