Anil Dhawan opens up on nephew Varun Dhawan-Natasha Dalal’s wedding

Bollywood heartthrob Varun Dhawan is all set to tie the knot with his girlfriend Natasha Dalal this year. But the buzz about the impending wedding reached a new height when Varun Dhawan along with family and friends was seen at Natasha’s residence. Varun soon took to social media and denied the rumours.

Varun Dhawan had tweeted, “Hey guys before u let our imagination run wild it was a birthday party, wanted to clarify before any false news is spread cheers”.

Though the actor denied rumours of the Roka ceremony, buzz over the lovebirds impending nuptials refuses to die down.

In an interview to Mumbai Mirror veteran actor Anil Dhawan who is Varun’s uncle has finally opened up on why they were seen at Natasha’s homes and also about the Kalank stars wedding.

He said, “We hadn’t met each other in a long time and we don’t know each other well. So, they invited us over for dinner. It was a birthday party, but they wanted the families to meet as well, as everyone is busy with their respective lives.”

Speaking about the wedding he said, “Hona toh chahiye. It’s high time Varun got married. We all want it (to happen).”

On the work front, Varun Dhawan was recently seen in Remo D’Souza’s dance film Street Dancer 3D. He will next be seen in Coolie No 1 with Sara Ali Khan.
