At a time when everyone is busy debating on religions, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has given a strong message of secularism that we all Indians need. Shah Rukh, who appeared on dance reality TV show Dance Plus on Republic Day eve, has spoken about how being Indian is more important than understanding which religion one belongs to. A video of SRK expressing his thought about secularism is going viral on social media. In the video, SRK can be heard saying, “We never spoke about being Hindu-Muslim. My wife is Hindu, I am Muslim, my children are Hindustan.”
On the same show, Shah Rukh recalled an incident where his daughter Suhana Khan had to fill her religion in a form at school. When she came back and asked her father, which religion actually they belonged to, to which SRK gave an answer which reads, “we are all Indians, we do not have a religion”.

This video of SRK’s spreading the message of secularism is being loved by one and all.
On the professional front, Shah Rukh Khan, who was last seen in Zero, has not announced his upcoming project yet. While his fans have been desperately waiting to watch their favourite superstar back in action.
As per rumours, Shah Rukh Khan may do a cameo appearance in Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt starrer Brahmastra, which is likely to be released later this year.
