Ranvir Shorey, Gauahar Khan and other celebs wish Shabana Azmi speedy recovery
Celebrities like Hansal Mehta, Gauahar Khan and Ranvir Shorey took to Twitter to wish Shabana Azmi speedy recovery.
Veteran actress Shabana Azmi and her husband and lyricist Javed Akhtar were involved in a car accident near Kahalpur on Mumbai-Pune Expressway today. Fortunately, he is safe now but Shabana ji and her driver were injured and taken to MGM Hospital.
As per a PTI report, the accident took place around 60km away from Mumbai. Raigad Superintendent of Police Anil Paraskar informed the news agency that the veteran actress’ car crashed into a truck. Soon she was rushed to MGM hospital in Navi Mumbai.
Apart from the netizens, Bollywood celebrities too took to their social media handles to express their care and pray for the actress’s quick recovery.
