There is a well-know saying that we have quite frequently heard in our lives. It goes by, “Death is inevitable.” Although we are indeed powerless to God’s actions, but a death is something that leaves everyone in grief and sadness.

The depth of emotions flow rather more in anger and to control the suppressed emotions goes in vain especially in the case where a young life has been taken suddenly, and that too if it was done by one’s own choice and decision, the pain becomes more aggressive. Apparently, the Ishq Mein Marjawan actor is said to have committed suicide at his residence in Pali Hill, Mumbai.

1. Kushal Punjabi

Popular and Renowned Television actor Kushal Punjabi has sadly left the world. The 37-year-old-actor passed away. Reportedly, Kushal Punjabi committed suicide and was found hanging to the ceiling on his Pali Hill home on the night of December 26. Apparently, the actor had also left a suicide note in which he mentioned that nobody is responsible for his death. Regardless, some other reports suggest that he divided his property among his parents, sister and son, leaving nothing for his wife. Although some say that he was depressed due to his failed marriage while others say he was stressed due to financial crisis. Nonetheless, the real truth behind his death is yet to be known.

2. Pratyusha Banerjee

Death shockingly came too soon for beauty Television actress Pratyusha Banerjee. The popular actress who dazzled and wowed everyone with her fabulous acting chops in Balika Vadhu committed suicide at a young age. The actress was only 24 years old when she was found hanging at her flat in Bangur Nagar in Goregaon back in 2016. It was her death that left everyone shocked including her family, co-stars, friends as well as her fans. The demise of the young actress left entire nation mourning as well. Although no suicide note was found besides Pratyusha’s body, but many blamed her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh for her big step. Also, her friends claimed that her tumultuous relationship was the reason behind her committing suicide. But, nothing could be proved against Rahul.

3. Nafisa Joseph

VJ and actress Nafisa Joseph committed suicide back in July 29, 2004 weeks before her marriage. It is her death news that came as a complete shocker because she was about to marry businessman Gautam Khanduja in a few days soon. She had hanged herself in her flat in Mumbai. Moreover, she apparently suffered from depression and also following her unhappy lifestyle opted to end her life. It is her family that alleged that she took this big step due to her failed relationship. On the professional front, Nafisa was doing really well and sadly her career had always been on a big roller-coaster ride too.

4. Kuljeet Randhawa

Kuljeet Randhawa, a 30-year-old actor and model took her life when she was right at the peek of her career. Having multiple TV shows as well as a big budget film in her kitty, she committed suicide back in the year 2006. Although, she was faring well in her profession, but it was her personal life which was taking a drastic toll on her life. Kuljeet left a suicide note for her boyfriend wherein she wrote that she is taking her life as she is not able to cope up with the life’s pressures going on.

5. Viveka Babajee

A known personality, Viveka Babajee was known for her looks and personality. She committed suicide on June 25, 2010. The 37-year-old was found hanging from a ceiling fan at her Mumbai residence. There was no suicide note found, but her last words found in her diary created suspicion. She wrote, “you killed me, Gautam Vohra,” who was her ex boyfriend.

There are the death of several celebrities that have become a mystery till date and still remain unsolved. All these make us feel that depression and anxiety are not just a coincidence in the glamorous world. Some remain strong to fight it back, others however, feel so particularly stressed out and nervous that they turn to suicide as last resort.
