This year’s Golden Globe Award nominations will be announced from the Beverly Hilton Hotel on December 9 at 5 a.m. PT/8 a.m. ET. The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) will kick start with the first set of categories via live stream available exclusively on the Golden Globes website and official Facebook page. The actors Dakota Fanning, Susan Kelechi Watson, and Tim Allen along with the Golden Globe ambassadors Dylan and Paris Brosnan, Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) president Lorenzo Soria, and executive producer and executive VP of television at Dick Clark productions Barry Adelman will be announcing the nominees.
Ricky Gervais will return to host the 77th Golden Globe Awards show. He previously served as the host during 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2016 ceremonies.
Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” and Martin Scorsese’s “The Irishman” is expected to get nominated today. Meanwhile, for television, “Succession,” “The Crown,” “The Morning Show,” “Pose,” and “Euphoria” are also predicted to dominate the drama categories.
The 77th annual Golden Globe Awards will air on Sunday, January 5 on NBC at 8 pm ET.
