Shah Rukh Khan to play Bill in the Hindi remake of Hollywood film ‘Kill Bill’?
Shah Rukh Khan to make a comeback in the iconic Hollywood baddie Bill from Kill Bill in Nikhil Dwivedi’s remake.
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, who was last seen in Aanand L. Rai’s Zero opposite Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, has not yet made an announcement about his upcoming projects. Now, there are reports doing the rounds that Shah Rukh will be stepping into the shoes of the antagonist Bill in the Hindi remake of Hollywood movie ‘Kill Bill.
As per a report in mid-day, SRK is in talks with producer Nikhil Dwivedi for the role of Bill in the Hindi remake of Hollywood film ‘Kill Bill’. Earlier there were reports stating that producer Nikhil Dwivedi was planning a project with Anurag Kashyap that would be a “homage” to the Uma Thurman starrer.
Uma Thurman starrer ‘Kill Bill’ is a classic Hollywood action movie based on the plot of revenge.
According to a source quoted to mid-day, “Nikhil bought the remake rights earlier this year, and now, he is in the process of giving shape to the project. There has been talk about Shah Rukh stepping into the role of the antagonist, Bill. This is one of the many films that the actor is considering for his next as he is keen on working with Kashyap. However, the discussions are at the nascent stage. The team has yet to zero in on the leading lady who will breathe life into Thurman’s part.”
The makers are yet to finalize the details, also, this will mark SRK’s comeback in the Bollywood industry and fans are really excited to see him on the silver again.
