Smarter Living 2020: Xiaomi Mi Band 4, Mi TV 65-inch, Mi Water Purifier to Launch Today
Xiaomi to host one of its biggest events in India for 2019 where it will be making multiple announcements including new IoT products.
Smarter Living 2020: Xiaomi is all set to host its Smarter Living event in India today (17th September 2019). In today’s event, Xioami is likely to launch many smart home devices such as 65-in MI LED TV, that is the biggest LED TV Xiaomi is exclusively launching in India. Apart from 65-inch TV, Xiaomi is also launching Mi Band 4 and Water Purifier for the first time.

65-inch LED TV
It is to be noted that these products are already being sold in China and we hope the same products will be available in India from today. Prior to 65-inch LED TV, Xiaomi had earlier launched 55-inch Mi LED TV 4X PRO. The company has announced that the latest TV will have Netflix support as well.
Mi Band 4
Looking at the popularity of Mi Band 3 in India, Xiaomi has decided to come up with its new version Mi Band 4. Yes, Mi Band 3 has coloured AMOLED display. Notably, this is the first time Xioami is bringing coloured display Band in India.
Talking about its features, it has 0.95-inch AMOLED colour touch display which offers a 240x120p resolution and is protected with a layer of 2.5D curved glass on top. The fitness tracker will show notifications from various apps such as SMS, WhatsApp as well as your fitness stats.
Unlike Mi Band 3, the charging pins have been moved to the bottom. It also comes with 5ATM water-resistant rating, along with several fitness tracking features, like running, jogging, cycling, apart from the step counter, heart rate monitoring and sleep monitoring features. There is also a special NFC version of the band is available in India. The company claimed that Mi Band 4 battery can hold a charge of up to 20 days.
According to reports, Mi Band 4 is reported to have prized at Rs 2,499 in India.
Xiaomi Water Purifier
Talking about Xiaomi’s first Water Purifier, we can’t get much detail about this project. “This smart home #IoT device has been rebuilt for Indian Mi Fans! #SmarterLiving 2020 on Sept 17,” said Manu Kumar Jain in a tweet.
According to reports, it will be an RO (Reverse Osmosis) based water purifier along with 4-step purification process featuring a PP cotton filter, activated carbon pre-filter, RO filter and an activated carbon filter. It will also be Wi-Fi enabled so one can monitor the water quality via their smartphone.
